Budget Cleaning Package
Minimum charge: 2 hours ( $
90.00 -- Ninety Dollars total)
FYI: Average Cleaning time purchased,
usually 3.0 hours
With a capped / limited home cleaning
package, you the client, have the widest variety of
service choices.
Depending on the amount of money you want
to spend, the size of your cleaning project, and what
your priorities are, you get the most flexible and best
deal!
Instead of being stuck with only the
choice of a whole house cleaning, you decide where your
priorities lay.
Capped / limited home cleaning packages
are sold from a 2 hours minimum ( $ 90.00 - Ninety
Dollars total ) up to 8 hours.
An hourly charge of $ 45.00 (forty-five
Dollars), applies for every additional hour over the 2
hour minimum, charged in 15 minutes increments.
Additional hours can be purchased as
needed for special projects or regular limited service.
Depending on the size of the project to be
done, they will be performed either on the day of your
next service or on a separate appointment if there is no
opening on the schedule.
Please inform Home Cleaning Pro
at least 24 hours prior to the regular scheduled
appointment if you need extra time for special projects,
so we can bring the appropriate cleaning supplies and
schedule the time.
Home Cleaning Pro supplies all the
regular cleaning supplies, except: the vacuum cleaner (
sanitary consideration), trash compactor bags or
specialty cleaner like teak wax.
With this package, we will work from the
priority list you provided, from the top down.
Home Cleaning Pro will estimate the
time frame it might take to get all your cleaning needs
addressed, but please be aware that if you limit the
cleaning time in your home, not all tasks on your list
might be getting done.
Home Cleaning Pro will leave after
the time is up, no matter if the work is completed or
not!
If you sign up for regular capped /
limited services, it is your choice to have the cleaner
continue working down your priority list at the next
service date, or focus on the tasks at the top of the
list again.
You can substitute a cleaning task from
your priority list for another one at any time.
In case you decide to do so, either let
us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate
cleaning supplies or leave a note for the cleaner on the
kitchen counter. Please include the task to be
performed, and the task NOT to be done. It is your
choice!
